Tomorrow we celebrate Veteran's Day. We are so grateful for the service of all of the Veterans, particularly those in our St. Charles Borromeo community. St. Michael the Archangel is one of the patron saints of soldiers and the commander of God's army of angels. He is a protector against all that is against God. Please pray the St. Michael the Archangel Prayer tomorrow as a family in honor of our Veterans and all our active soldiers.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.

FACTS Going Dark

The FACTS grading system will be shut off tomorrow at 3:00 pm. This will allow teachers to complete Report Cards and comments. Grading will be turned back on following conferences.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

There is still time to sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Conferences are scheduled for November 21 and November 22. Conferences are in person only. Conferences are limited by time and teacher availability. If you need an extended conference, please schedule a separate time. We are working on getting the signup sheet available for parents. Here is a quick run-down on the format:

• Monday, November 21 Conferences will be from 3:30 pm - 7:15 pm
• Tuesday, November 22 Conferences will be from 12:45 pm - 3:45 pm
• Grades Pre-K through Fifth grade will be in their classroom and by appointment
• 15-minute conferences
• Please only sign up for your homeroom teacher
• Grades Sixth through Eighth grade will be in the cafeteria
• 8 minutes per conference
• You can sign up for any of your children's teachers
• If you need to meet with Resource or a Specials Teacher, you can contact them directly to schedule an open time

Cold Weather is here!

Make sure the kids have the proper cold-weather gear to go outside. We will go outside for recess when we can.
