Are you leaving PUSD?
If you are retiring, moving, or leaving the District in any capacity, please follow the steps below before the end of the school year.
- Download or Transfer your Google Drive, emails, bookmarks, and more to import into another Google account. Follow the steps for Transferring your account or for using Google Takeout in THIS newsletter.
- Export your Canvas content if you want to keep it.
- Make an appointment to return all devices to Curbside Tech Support. This includes Chromebooks, Lenovos, headset, mouse, hotspot, etc. Curbside Tech Support is open 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.
- Projectors, Document Cameras, and site based technology will be turned in to your librarian, Instructional Coach, or office staff. Please check with your school site to determine who to turn these devices in to.

Basic Classroom Tech Package
Thank you for your feedback on the devices and applications that best support you in your classroom. Your responses have helped us narrow down options and we now need final feedback from you to guide our recommendation to the Board. Please respond to the survey linked below no later than May 18, 2022.

Calling All Innovators, Early Adopters and Technology Aficionados!
We want you! We are looking for innovative spirits to drive technology integration at our school sites. As an Innovator or TechLeader, you will attend training offered by the Ed Tech Department, collaborate with peers at Innovator meetings, lead training at your school site, offer technical support to all stakeholders and have opportunities to explore cutting edge technology. If you have a passion for advancing teaching, learning and leadership through technology, then this position is for you!
Planned Network Outage
Starting Friday, May 20th at 6:30 pm, the following will be down for network maintenance:
- Internet services
- Network connectivity
- Wireless connectivity
- VOIP phones (inbound and outbound calling)
- Authentication (signing in to student Chromebooks, email, Google Workspace applications, Webex, Canvas. etc.)
Internet service and network connectivity will be restored by Sunday evening, May 22nd.
The Elementary Report Card grading window has been extended to account for the network downtime. The grading window will now open on Monday, May 9th and close on Friday, May 27th. The Secondary Report Card schedule will not be affected.
