The ATSSB Outstanding Performance Series is a program designed to select annually the most outstanding Class 1C, 2C/3C, 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A concert band programs in the state of Texas each year.

This past week at the Region level of the Outstanding Performance Series contest - the Sunnyvale Middle and High School Bands swept the competition.

The Sunnyvale Middle School Blue Band Placed 1st in the March Category - and 1st and 2nd in the Concert Category.

The Sunnyvale High School Symphonic Band Placed 1st in the March Category - and 1st and 2nd in the Concert Category.

Each of these winning recordings will advance to the Area level of the Competition which will be adjudicated in Mid June.

We are so proud of the hard work of all our Raiders and for the teachers who prepared them for the STAAR and EOC tests these last two months. Thank you for all your time and effort.

Due to the significant test redesign, scores for the 2022-2023 STAAR test will be delayed.

TEA has notified us that scoring for those who took the EOC tests will be available in Parent Portal on June 30th and scoring for those who took the STAAR test in grades 3-8 will be available in Parent Portal on August 16th.

Once in Parent Portal, please click on "Texas Assessments" (green button) to review scores. If you are unable to login into Parent Portal, please contact your Raider's campus front office.

Please be sure to review the scores on your computer or laptop. You may have trouble viewing scores on your mobile device.
