- Approved the financial statements and payment of bills and expenses for March 2022.
- Approved Employee Equity Pay Adjustment - Board approved equity pay adjustment for all staff who earn less than $15 per hour.

- Approved revision to the Student Expectation Code (Revision of Drugs, Illegal - Using, Possessing, Admission of Being Under the Influence) - Final reading.
- Approved the proposed negotiations packet of jointly agreed upon proposals from District administration and FFNEA.

- MSBA Board Report - The Board watched the monthly video update from Missouri School Boards Association.
- 2022-2027 Strategic Plan Update
- The steering committee has met seven times since launching the strategic planning process including an in-person meeting on April 11. A series of focus groups comprised of staff, students, parents, community members and business leaders have been held to receive stakeholder feedback as the District continues to revise and refine elements of the strategic plan.
- COVID-19 Community Data
- Update on Board requested demographic data for STEAM Middle and High Schools.
- Update on Education Solution Services (ESS). Information included Board requested data regarding case studies of other districts' fill rates and incentives for substitute teachers.

Board of Education reorganization meeting: April 20, 2022 @ 6 p.m.
Following the election, school boards must act to install newly elected members and reorganize the Board and must do so, pursuant to state law, within 14 days of the election. During the reorganization meeting, the newly elected Board members will take an oath or affirmation.There will be no patron comments or regular business agenda items during the reorganization meeting.
The Ferguson-Florissant School District, located in suburban St. Louis, serves more than 10,000 students from preschool through 12th grade with an excellent comprehensive educational program. Fully accredited by the state of Missouri, the Ferguson-Florissant School District operates seven Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd-grade schools, six intermediate schools (3rd through 5th grade), two 6th grade centers, two middle schools, two A+ and NCA-CASI - accredited high schools, a cutting-edge STEAM middle school, and a STEAM high school, a student-centered learning Innovation School and a Restoration and Wellness Center. In addition, the District includes a nationally recognized early education program, the award-winning Challenger Learning Center space education facility, and the Little Creek Nature Area, a 97-acre nature preserve that offers experiential learning opportunities for students in science, biology, ecology, and related areas of study.
