STRATEGIC PLANNING PARENT FOCUS GROUPS
Our District has partnered with The Impact Group to support the development of our next strategic plan. A major component of the strategic planning process will be gathering feedback from parents. All parents will have the opportunity to complete a survey throughout the month of November, as well participate in Focus Groups run by The Impact Group. We would love for you to participate and share your feedback as this plan is developed. Focus groups for parents will be held virtually on Wednesday, November 16th at 10:00am and 6:00pm. Save the date and be on the lookout for additional details that will be shared in the next few weeks.
MUSTANG SPOTLIGHT - MRS. KIM MANNEY, SPECIAL EDUCATION AIDE / EARLY LEARNING PRESCHOOL
Mrs. Kim Manney has been with our District for five years. Mrs. Manney started as a substitute before being hired full time at Kinsner Elementary. She is currently a Special Education Aide in our Early Learning Preschool’s Chapman location. A Strongsville resident for 33 years, both of Mrs. Manney’s children attended Strongsville City Schools and, according to her, “received an awesome education and readiness for the future.”
“I am truly amazed by our youngest students each day at preschool. These little people often begin their schooling at the tender age of just three years old. Their minds are like sponges and I'm excited each day to see what they absorb. We teach them to be such independent people so early on. Their imaginations are so enthralling. I love to sit down with them and ask a simple question, only to be told an entire story. Their vocabulary growth from the first day of school to the end of the school year is incredible. The children are truly genuine and I'm lucky to have the opportunity to call this my "job." My coworkers are so solid and make for a great team. I truly have the best job and am happy to be in the classroom each day,” said Mrs. Manney.
Thank you Mrs. Manney for helping our youngest learners in their very first steps of their educational journey! #BeTheDifference
