Aim, Heart, Vision
Parents, our staff is so excited to be back in school, and teaching and learning are in full swing!
Over the last two years, we have been sharing a positive message with our students and staff that will continue to be shared this year. It is our AIM, our HEART, and our VISION. The AIM of Aynor High School is to be the best school in the state of South Carolina. The best place to learn, and the best place to work. Our HEART is the Golden Rule. Do to others as you would have them do to you. Our VISION is 100%. Within three years, one hundred percent of our students will graduate on time and be classified as college or career ready by the state of South Carolina.
This positive and encouraging message is being shared with students and staff and it is our compass as we strive for excellence. One person does not make us great - it takes us all! Thank you for your support and for encouraging your student to do their best every day at school. We want AHS to be a shining example for our entire state and a school everyone is proud to send their children to get an excellent, high quality education. #GoBigBlue

A Day to Honor Heroes
Monday, September 11, 2023 was a day to honor heroes at Aynor High School. Local first responders, community members, parents, staff, and students attended our Patriot’s Day assembly to honor and remember the heroes of 9/11/01. The assembly was held at the flagpole in the front of the school.
FDNY survivor, Regina Wilson, was interviewed by CBS News' 60 minutes recently. She witnessed the tragedy of 9/11/01 first hand as she worked with her fellow first responders to save lives. She was asked about the tragedy of that day. "So many of us sacrificed so much that this story can't get lost...the world is changing fast. And I don't want this to be something that's in a history book...that a page is turned, and we are forgotten." We will not forget. We cannot forget. We must not forget.
A special thank you to our AJROTC for organizing this wonderful event. #PatriotsDay #ahsourstory #remembertheheros #bluejacketbattalion #communitysupport #NeverForget
