Ms. Howard is Windsor Forest High School's 2026 Teacher of the Year!
Ms. Alai is a WTOC Top Teacher!
Ms. Alai was recognized by WTOC for her tremendous impact on students at The Castle!
Attendance matters, all day, every day, and so do you!
Being in school and in class on time and for the duration of the school day, every day has a positive impact on student achievement. Students who frequently miss school due to absences, tardies, or early dismissals miss valuable instructional time, which negatively impacts acheivement and progress toward graduation.
If your student must be absent from school, please send an excuse with your student when they return to school. Only 5 excuses written by a parent will be accepted each school year. Other absences will require documentation such as a doctor's note. You can check your student's attendance by logging into the Parent PowerSchool Portal.
SCCPSS Mourns Loss of US Solider Who Attended Windsor Forest High School
SCCPSS joins our nation, our state, and our community in mourning the loss of three Georgia soldiers who were killed by an unmanned aerial drone strike on Sunday, January 28, 2024, in Jordan. One of the soldiers, Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, was a 2019 graduate of our school system from Windsor Forest High School. Moffett was a soldier in the Army Reserve supporting Operation Inherent Resolve. We remain deeply grateful for her service to our country and proud to call her part of the SCCPSS family. Our thoughts are with her immediate family and loved ones during this very difficult time.
