PHAN helps folks throughout the life span with health care access. As a nonprofit, PHAN provides free assistance in understanding, applying for, and enrolling in health coverage, as well as troubleshooting problems. PHAN helps with:

Unwinding concerns

Star Community Health Dental Van

The Star Community Dental Van is back for the 2023-2024 school year to provide top notch and convenient dental care! Affiliated with St. Luke’s University Health Network. Please view informational flyer below.
