KUDOS to two Senior EMCC Students
Please join me in congratulating Seniors Lena Korman-Keyes and Wade Shone for competing in the 2023 Skills USA Regional Competition. Lena finished in 1st place for Photography and Wade finished in 2nd place for Auto Service Tech. If you’re interested in learning more about SkillsUSA, here is the link to their website.
International Humanitarian Fundraiser
International Club, French Club, and Muslim Student Association will be collaborating on a fundraiser for the victims of the earthquake that took place in Turkey and Syria last month. The word we have chosen to focus on is humanitarian.
The idea is to help students think about the ability to make positive changes in the world through humanitarian efforts.
The fundraiser will be taking place from Monday, 3/13 - Friday, 3/24 during FLEX and before school in the front foyer.
Wristbands are $2 each, and all proceeds will be donated to the Red Crescent serving the nations of Turkey and Syria.
We have 500 wristbands to sell, so spread the word!
Thank you for your support! 🌍🌏🌎
