Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we work to create this transformational process called the Leader in Me, will be conducting surveys to learn more about key areas of strength and areas of needed growth in our school.

In order for us to have a holistic picture of what is going on in our school, we are asking parents/guardians to participate.If you decide to participate, you will be asked to complete a survey (without sharing your name or other identifying information) that will be available through the weblink below. The survey is completely voluntary, but we do hope to get feedback from one member of every household!

The parent/guardian survey takes about 12 minutes to complete and will ask questions about your child and about his or her experience in our school. If you have more than one child attending the school, you will be asked to think about the oldest child's experiences as you answer questions related to his or her growth.

Dear Parent/Guardian:

The school year is ending. Your child’s medication needs to be picked up on or before June 7th.

Any medication not picked up by dismissal on June 7th, will be taken to the District Office

building 13 and will be held there for pick up until June 21. All medication not picked up by

June 21, will be discarded.

A new physician’s medication order must be signed for the upcoming school year. The

Temecula Valley Unified School District website (www.tvusd.k12.ca.us) has the Authorization

for the Administration of Medication form located under the “Departments” tab in the drop

down list titled Health Office; click on Health Forms. If you need further assistance, please

email ncardenas@tvusd.us prior to the last day of school.

It is now time to complete your Annual Family Update in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This update is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO TVUSD FOR THE 24/25 SCHOOL YEAR.

Any student who does not have a completed Annual Update:

• may not be enrolled in a class for the 24/25 school year
• may not receive a schedule
• and may not be able to participate in school business days in August.

It is imperative that all families complete the Annual Family Update as soon as possible to prevent any delay in your child's enrollment for next school year.

Transitional Kindergarten

Children who are born between September 2, 2019 and June 2, 2020 are eligible for TK for the 24/25 school year! Click here for directions and a list of required documents (provided in English & Spanish).
