Parent Teacher Conferences
This year, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held virtually through Zoom. However, families will still need to sign up through Skyward Family Access. The window to schedule a conference opens at 8:00 AM on Monday, October 26 and closes at 4:00 PM on Friday, Novmeber 6. Below you will find additional instructions for scheduling conferences. Please reach out to your child's teacher of the Main Office with any questions.
Hybrid Student Pick-up
Schedule for In-person and Remote Learners
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday
Hybrid & Remote Learners with AM Assignment
AM session hours: 8:45 – 11:15 am
- Direct instruction with the teacher (in-person and remote)
- Instruction will focus on core subjects
- All Remote Instruction
- Combination of synchronous & asynchronous learning
- Specials classes and related services will occur during this time.
Hybrid & Remote Learners with PM Assignment
AM session hours: 8:45 – 11:15 am
- All Remote Instruction
- Combination of synchronous & asynchronous learning
- Specials classes and related services will occur during this time
PM session hours: 12:45 – 3:15 pm
- Direct instruction with the teacher (in-person and remote)
- Instruction will focus on core subjects
Wednesday
ALL Hybrid/Remote AM & PM – Synchronous Instruction
ALL instruction will take place remotely
- AM session hours: 8:45 – 10:45 am
- Attendance, morning meeting, SEL with the entire class
- Guided reading & math groups, Enrichment, 1:1, Conferencing, etc.
- Teacher Office hours: 10:45 – 11:15 am/ 12:45 – 1:15 pm
- Asynchronous learning, catch-up, and synchronous Specials: 12:55 – 3:15 pm
Self Certification
District 4 and the IDPH require that individuals self-certify that they are free of symptoms before entering school buildings. The daily student self-certification must be done each day for each student in your household. Please remember to log in to your Skyward Family Access Portal online or using the app to complete the daily student self-certification. Please see the instructions and videos below.
*Self-Certification must be done by a parent or guardian by asking each student in your household the self-certification questions.
ASD4 Lunch and Breakfast Distribution
WHEN WILL FOOD BE DISTRIBUTED?
- Food will be provided from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each Wednesday
- Seven days worth of meals will be distributed (five breakfasts and five lunches)
- Menus will be posted on the district website each month
