Welcome from Mr. Toth
Welcome from Around the World
You may have noticed different languages scrolling on our marquees along First Street. We have added 23 "welcome" slides (and counting) representing each of the languages spoken by our students at Walnut Grove to show that ALL are Welcome at The Grove! Here is a snapshot of the languages we have represented at this time.

Walnut Grove Dedication Ceremony - Jan 11 @ 6pm
Mark your calendars to attend our OFFICIAL Walnut Grove Dedication Ceremony. We will have performances by our amazing Band, Cheerleaders, Orchestra, Choir and Silver Elite! It will be an amazing evening at The Grove as we officially celebrate our opening!
WGHS Parking Pass Info
Students and Parents, we currently have 100 vehicles who park regularly at The Grove without a parking permit. These vehicles have received warning notices and once we return from school could be subject to having a "boot" placed on them until a permit is purchased. Parking permits can be purchased on My School Bucks and picked up in the House of Empathy from Mrs. Caldwell. Thank you so much for your help with this.
Classroom Spotlights
Each week we want to spotlight the amazing WG staff and the incredible things that are going on in our classrooms. Our spotlight will feature our staff showcasing the PISD Instructional Observation Points of Frequent Student Discourse, Meaningful Student Engagement, Effective Inquiry and Questioning, Constructive Feedback and Appropriate Use of Technology. Please check out the section below to see just a few examples. GO CATS!

The poster below shows the JROTC participating in four separate Veterans Day events to include a RHHS Veterans Day breakfast, the Frisco Veterans Day Parade, and presentation of the colors at Rogers Middle School and Lilyanna Elementary School. We are very proud of our amazing cadets.
