6/7 - CUSD End of the Year Staff, Parents and Community Celebration @ STEM @4:30

6/8 - 1/2 day for students

6/9- 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony @ 2pm

6/9 - last day of school for students; 1/2 day

Field Day and Fun Day Information:

Field Day will be held on 5/31 for grades K-5. Students will be transported to the Chester Athletic Field to participate in field activities from 9:45 am - 11:45 am. Normal school activities will resume for the rest of the day.

Fun Day will be held on 6/1 at ESA for grades K-8. Students will participate in a variety of stations throughout the day, including moon bounces. A BBQ lunch will be provided.

Students must have a signed permission slip to participate. Slips went home last week, please reach out to your child's homeroom teacher or me (kdeletto@chesteruplandsd.org) if you need another copy.

Both days students should wear gym appropriate clothing and sneakers.

A t-shirt will be provided to each student the day of the event for Fun Day.

Chester Upland Districtwide Spring Concert

Shout out to Mr. Brown and our over 50 performers in Chester Upland's Districtwide Spring Concert. Our students did a wonderful job. Also shout out to Mrs. Rudy, Mrs. Wicks, Ms. Rooney, and Ms. Ferguson for helping out behind the scenes!

Laptop and iPad Collection

We will begin collecting student laptops and iPads this Thursday. If devices are lost or damaged there is a $50 fee. Students will not be able to participate in end of the year activities if their fees are not settled.

REMINDER!!

- The AfterSchool program concluded last Thursday. Please be sure that your child is aware of their dismissal procedure.

We Need Your Assistance!

- If you are bringing a lunch for your child during the school day, please bring it so it is available for their designated lunch period:

10:55- 11:25- 3rd & 4th Grade
11:35- 12:05- 5th & 6th Grade
12:15- 12:45- 7th & 8th Grade
12:50- 1:20- 1st & 2nd Grade
1:25- 1:55- Kindergarten

In addition, due to timing and safety reasons, please do notDoorDash food to your child or allow your child to use DoorDash during the school day.

- Students may not wear Crocs or slides to school; this is a safety issue.
