Applied Innovation Institute is a nonprofit California institution bringing together faculty from many of the top Engineering and Business Schools from around the world, including Stanford, Berkeley, IE and many others. Its mission is to design leading edge curriculum for helping professionals develop a culture of innovation.

Mobile World Capital, it is an initiative aimed at turning the city into a benchmark centre of mobile technologies. MWCB, through its programmes and initiatives, is also a catalyst for development and internationalization of business networks. Promoted by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council, Barcelona Fira and GSMA.

IE Business School, ranked 1st in Europe and 8th in the World by the Financial Times, places a particular emphasis on its entrepreneurial spirit that drives new ideas and business ventures from its students and over 45,000 international alumni. During IE’s Venture Days, pre-selected business models are presented by IE students and alumni to Jurys of potential investors and local Entrepreneurs.
