My Closet
Parents and guardians: If your student in Pre-K through 12 th grade is in need of a new outfit and money is tight, call Mrs. Schultz to go “shopping” at “My Closet”. “My Closet” is a new clothing pantry where everything is free for students who have a genuine need. Students “shopping” at “My Closet” may come once a semester and choose a jacket, shirt, pants, package of socks and a package of underwear. Students are also given a gift certificate to get a haircut at “Absolutely You” Salon. Beginning in October, parents may set up appointments to bring their student in to choose a coat, hat and gloves. Coats will be available after October 17. “My Closet” is a partnership between the school and community and is open to all TCSC students. All clothes are trendy, name brand items with the tags still on, and everything is free! Families who would like to bring their student / students in to “shop” should call to set up an appointment. Evening appointments are available. For more information or to schedule a time, contact Mrs. Schultz at 317-677-3477.

HOMEWORK
- Kindergarten: 10 minutes per night
- Grades 1-2: 20 minutes per night
- Grades 3-5: 30 minutes per night
These minutes are the maximum your child should have per night. If you are noticing that your child is spending more than this number on a consistent basis, please make your child's teacher aware. Open communication between home and school is a key component in working together for student success.
