School Counseling Appointments

As a reminder, school counselors are available during school hours for appointments. If you are looking to check in with your school counselor, please contact them directly to schedule an appointment. Below is the breakdown of counselor caseloads along with their email.

Seniors: Plans After Graduation and Scholarships

Attention Seniors!

There is still time to submit college applications! Although we have been processing college applications for many of our seniors, there are still some seniors who are undecided. We encourage you to discuss next year’s plans with your counselor. If you are still in the process of completing applications, please submit them to the college or university as soon as possible.

Scholarships:

- Local Scholarships: Please use your student Naviance account to search for local scholarships. Once you log in, click "colleges" at the top of the screen, then click "scholarship search" to find local scholarships.

Students can also apply for the GLTHS Scholarship and Tool Award on our school website by clicking on the red exclamation point graphic located on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

-National Scholarships: Students can complete a national scholarship search by utilizing google or their preferred search engine. Some students have found success in finding scholarships via the links below:

CNA After School Program

Students: Are you interested in a Home Health Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant Training taking place after school hours at Greater Lowell Technical High School?

Students interested must be between 17-21 years of age at time of enrollment, low income, living in Lowell or Dracut and test out in healthcare on a labor market assessment.

The cost of the training and exams and all materials/supplies needed is covered. Work readiness begins in February and the first C.N.A. class takes place March 1st.
