We hope everyone has enjoyed the summer and is excited to start a new school year. The staff at Hudson Elementary has been very busy preparing for your student(s) first day of the 2023-2024 school year.

• School supply lists are posted on the Hudson Elementary webpage.
• Class lists will be visible in Infinite Campus at 4:00 on Friday, August 11th.
• Bus routes will be visible in Infinite Campus on Monday, August 14th.

• Consider writing your child's bus number on a tag and attaching it to your student's backpack for easy reference. Staff members will have bus lists to reference as well.
• Car signs will be available for families of car riders. Let a staff member know if you need a car sign for your car. Please write your last name on the sign and hang the sign in the front window of your car during dismissal.
• Scribbles will provide us with a list of students registered for the after school program. Again, be sure your student(s) knows the after school plan each day.

If you have not already done so, please make sure to complete your student's online registration application and submit supporting documents as soon as possible. Students will not be placed on a class list until registration is complete. The school office is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 - 3:00. The school phone number is (309) 557-4419. Back to School Night is August 14th from 5:00-6:00pm. You are invited to come to Hudson Elementary on August 14th between 5:00 and 6:00 to meet your child's teacher, drop off school supplies, and see your child's classroom. If you have any remaining registration documents, you may provide those to the school office at this time.
