James Hart inducted 37 new members into its 2023 National Junior Honor Society on April 10th. Click here for the full list of this year's inductees.

Celebrating the Fine Arts in 153

Friends and loved ones turned out in droves on April 13th for the District 153 Fine Arts Festival at James Hart. The works of hundreds of select student artists from Willow, Churchill and James Hart were on display.

Celebrating a Job Well Done

Churchill School's 3rd-graders got the red carpet treatment from their teachers on April 14th, the last day of state testing. Great effort, Bulldogs!

Celebrating Professional Milestones

At its April 10th meeting, the Board of Education voted to grant tenure to 11 of our District 153 staff members. To celebrate this accomplishment, we surprised these individuals and presented them with "Newly Tenured" sashes and a flower.

District 153 staff always celebrate the achievement of their students, but this time Willow School staff is celebrating a "proud parent" moment: the graduations of their own children from 8th-grade, high school or college.
