The Westgate Wire-Special Edition

Hi Westgate Families-

Scott and I hope you are enjoying this beautiful weekend and staying cool!

With the increase in temperatures, we will be allowing students to leave their assigned play zones and find a shady place at recess. We will require all students to wear their masks unless they are 6 feet apart. Please send your child to school with a water bottle they can bring to recess. They will be encouraged to take mask breaks, drink water and seek shade. It would also be helpful to have an extra mask to use after recess.

***If students are running, we will encourage them to pull their masks down and put them back up again if they are standing or playing within 6 feet of others.***
