Community Newsletter
Hello Reilly Community,
Thank you to all who attended our Wax Museum today! Our third graders worked hard on these projects, and the presentations showed that from every student.
The link to the summer reading and math packets is below. Computers for grades 2-4 were sent home with all students today for the summer. Kindergarten and first grade students will receive a new device in the fall. If you know that your child will be leaving the district for next school year, please make us aware and return your device to the Reilly ASAP. Please also remember it is your responsibility, along with your child’s, to take good care of your student’s device and to not lose it. The device is assigned to your child and will be their device for next school year. They are responsible to bring it back in the same condition it was given to them.
Special thanks to Lowell Parks and Recreation for providing every student with a water safety lesson this week. Please see the flier below for a free Learn-to-Swim program over the summer.
Best of luck to all fourth graders as they move on to middle school. The fourth grade promotion ceremony will be at 1 PM on Monday, June 17th, in the gym. The event will be live streamed this year on YouTube (link below). Our distinguished alumni speaker is Robin Desmond, the newly appointed Superintendent of Leominster Public Schools. No parents will be admitted prior to 12:45. Please enter through the main entrance of the school. Additionally, for those attending please remember to dismiss your child after the ceremony with the main office.
Tuesday, June 18th will be a Luau Day as the reward for all of the money that we raised from our Walk-A-Thon. In total we raised $7,940.
This will be the last Reilly Register of the school year. Next year we will welcome Mrs. Pontes as our Pre K teacher, as Ms. Boisvert will be moving to Kindergarten. Additionally, Ms. Thompson will be our new ELL teacher. We are still working on summer hires for support staff and more information will follow at the beginning of next school year.
Have a great summer!
