Thank you to all the wonderful people who volunteered for food pantry distribution on Monday nights from the Nesco Church. We have filled all the slots until the end of June! Please everyone spread the word that this wonderful mission is open for business.

It was so very nice to have a surprise bbq after church on Sunday. It was really nice after two years of keeping our distance to come together and have a little lunch. It was a beautiful Sunday for grilling!! Thank you to those that organized this nice surprise!

The United Methodist Women is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

For many years, this group has provided gifts for all women who attend church on Mother's Day. In keeping with our mission statement, we have decided to forego the gifts and make a monetary donation to a local women's shelter. If you would like to help support this mission, a basket will be placed in the back of the church on Mother's Day, May 8 for your additional donation. Thank you!

Pastor Dave is graduating on May 12th at 5:30 PM. The graduation ceremony will be held at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, 2800 W. Cheltenham Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19150. If you plan to attend this wonderful achievement for Pastor Dave be sure to arrive early to get parking and a seat.

All proceeds will help this family recover from this tragedy.

UWIF ~ YARD SALE ~ JUNE 11

Items to Donate?

The UWIF will be accepting yard sale items to be sold on June 11. The profits will be used to support our mission work throughout the year. Due to storage space availability, please deliver your "treasures" to the Nesco Church on Friday, June 10 from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon or early Saturday morning, June 11 before the sale starts at 9:00. In addition, we will selling baked items at the yard sale. Any donations are very much appreciated.
