If your child/children will be absent from school, we ask that parents call the school office at (847) 671-0250 before 8:00am on each day of absence. Parents should expect us to contact the home when children are not in school. Thank you for your cooperation.
Health Forms Due Soon!
All medical (physical) forms are due to the office by October 15th. This is a legal requirement by the State Board of Education. Failure to return forms can result in exclusion from school. If you have concerns about the required exams and forms, please contact our School Nurse Anna Wrobel at 847-671-0250 x3109. Thank you for your support in keeping all of our Kubbies healthy and ready to learn!
