Admissions 2023-2024

It's time to re-enroll your child at Holy Ghost Catholic School for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. We are so excited to have your student return next year! You will be using your Family Portal in your FACTS account to complete your Online Enrollment. Please be sure to complete your child’s registration as soon as possible to secure their spot for the next school year.

To access your FACTS Family Portal:

Please go to Holy Ghost Catholic School - FACTS Family Portal
Enter HGC-NM as the District Code
Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.

Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

Tuition increase of $300

As part of the registration process, tuition is integral to maintaining a high-quality curriculum and staff. Holy Ghost has not had a tuition increase in the last seven years despite the increase in cost associated with educating children. For the 2023 - 2024 school year, tuition is increasing by $300, less than $30 per month. This increase will allow us to give our teachers a 1.9% cost of living increase, continue to subscribe to the highly rated adaptive curriculums, and keep campus improvements and innovations a priority. It also allows us to adjust and budget for the cost of supplies and utilities that continue to rise.

As we kick-off enrollment for 2023-2024, we need your help! You are our biggest promoters of Holy Ghost! Please email Erika at emiller@hgcsabq.com telling us why you and your family love Holy Ghost, why it's the best fit for your family, and anything else that will help with promotion. If you would prefer to send a video, this is an option also! A family picture would also be a great addition! It would be an excellent time to hear from alumni.
