LOOKING AHEAD TO THE OLYMPICS, FEBRUARY 4-20
Librarian Shannon Miller has created a "Reading Olympics" with students encountering different kinds of literacy as their events. For example, students might learn by accessing, print, eBooks, audiobooks, podcasts, or other media during a designated time or lesson. There is also a "Reading Olympics Choice Board" with many activities. You can copy the choice boards and revise them to substitute links to resources that are available in your district. (Her school is K-8)
