ATHLETICS
New: Attention Families of Seniors Planning to Compete in Collegiate Athletics:
As of 2019, the NCAA process now allows signings for most sports on almost any day of the year. As a result of the greatly expanded dates as well as wanting to celebrate all of our college participants we will hold one large-scale signing opportunity on the evening of May 21st that recognizes all of our athletes who will be continuing on to compete in athletics at the collegiate level regardless of division or receipt of athletic aid. In the past we only recognized official NLI signings which excluded many of our athletes competing at the Division III level and this allows us to celebrate all of our Senior Athletes in one ceremony. Individual athletes and/or their Eastview team are encouraged to celebrate all collegiate signings in their own ways, but we will hold our school-wide signing ceremony at our Spring Senior Athlete Celebration in May along with our all-school athletic department award winners.
In order to both collect information for our ceremony in May, as well as to be able to share information with the local media, please have your athlete fill out the brief survey at this link: https://forms.gle/V2haN6AR7tjsKT2i6 Thanks and congrats on your commitment to participate in collegiate athletics!
