News from Miss Sheets
It’s the holiday season and time to deck the halls.
Substitute: Mr. Kron will be here on Thursday, 12-14. I will be visiting my brother and attending his promotion ceremony.
Spelling and Vocabulary: No spelling this week or next week. Vocabulary test for weeks 5-6 will be next Tuesday, 12-19.
Christmas Party: Our class Christmas party will be on December 21st. Students are invited to bring treats and gifts to share with their classmates. Secret Santa Gifts may be brought in and hidden beneath the tree at anytime. Please remember to write who it is from (your students name) on the gift. They will then find it and give it to their special person.
Holiday Program: Holiday program is also the 21st at 6:00 pm. Students should start arriving by 5:45 so we can start the show at 6. Student attire is to dress nicely. We are only focusing on music this year, so there are no special requests for skit costumes.
I am currently working on seating. Please let me know the number attending from your family no later then Monday the 18th.
I will also be sending a follow up email for signing up for potluck dishes. Please complete as soon as you know what you are bringing so we can know what still needs to be provided.
Comprehensive Needs Assessment: Thank you to everyone for taking the time to complete the survey. Your involvement is greatly appreciated.
I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season full of lots of new memories to treasure for years to come!
