4-H MONTH WORKSHOP - REVERSE CANVAS

To register for this workshop, log into your 4HOnline2.0 account, click the events tab to the left, then hit the register for a new event button (blue button) , then click on the event you would like to attend. Clover Kids have their own event, same date and time just a different line to click.

4-H volunteers are required to be screened every 5 years and Cass County is due this year! There is a fee of $5.00. Be sure to follow the instructions before submitting your registration.

We will be using the new features of 4HOnline2.0, to register for events, workshops, trainings, etc. This will be now be done using the events tab. Once your enrollment has be approved you will be able to sign up for your choice of activities.

Volunteers have the opportunity to become certified as an adult (21 years and older) or apprentice (14-20 years old) leader. Four project areas will be offered at the Lincoln Workshop - rifle, pistol, coordinator, and archery. The Coordinator certification being offered in Nebraska
4-H Shooting Sports is for individuals who work with certified shooting sports leaders, 4-H club leaders for shooting sports projects, 4-H volunteers managing shooting sports events and competitions.

We are excited to present our SOAR workshop series in conjunction with Platte Valley Kennel Club! Learn from experienced clinicians provided by Platte Valley Kennel Club! This workshop series will have a total of 3 to 4 sessions throughout the spring/ summer months (dates to come). Handlers will gain greater success in participating in each workshop as it provides action steps for youth to move forward and builds upon the skills learned from previous sessions. We do encourage others to join any of our workshops even if you cannot go to all of them.

Along with building skills with your dog(s), youth will also learn more about other events and organizations they can participate in to immerse themselves in dog related activities.

Nebraska 4-H is seeking 20 teens to lead the Ag Innovators Experience statewide. The challenge for 2022 is “Unlock Ag Innovations”. It will be a visually engaging, hands-on, and culturally relevant instructive escape room challenge for youth to learn about agricultural technologies.

If selected to be a facilitator, youth will need to attend a training session in Grand Island at Raising Nebraska on March 5th, 2022.

• To register for in person YQCA training, you will first need to enroll or reenroll in 4HOnline 2.0. Once your enrollment is approved, log into your account, click the "events" tab on the left side of the screen, then click "Register for an event" tab, then click on the date you wish to attend the training. Do you coach, or participate in, competitive Horse Judging or Hippology? Are you looking for classes to practice? Check out this opportunity. Register for this course and you will have access to 6 classes to judge, along with the official placings, and an official critique, to learn why the classes were placed the way they were.
