TAPR - PDF Version Released
The 2020–21 Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR) for districts and campuses are now available on the TEA public website in PDF form. The TAPR Glossary, TAPR Guidelines, and data downloads are also available. The TAPR Glossary contains definitions and methodologies for all items found in the TAPR. The TAPR Guidelines are intended to help districts fulfill their legal responsibilities regarding the TAPR and annual report of their educational performance.
Statute requires that each district’s board of trustees hold a public hearing to discuss the district’s annual report within 90 calendar days of receiving the PDF TAPR. Holiday breaks do not count toward the 90 days. Within two weeks following the public meeting, each district must widely publish its annual report, including posting it on the district website and other public places. A preliminary and final 2020–21 PDF TAPR will be released. Districts that did not request a Senate Bill 1365 optional alternative evaluation may use the preliminary report to meet these requirements. Districts that requested an alternative evaluation must wait for the final campus report in January 2022.

Preliminary 2022 Accelerated Testers Student Listing
The Preliminary 2022 Accelerated Testers Student Listings and explanatory materials are now available in the TEAL Accountability application. Please note that the data in these reports are confidential.
Accelerated testers are defined as students who complete a STAAR EOC at the Approaches Grade Level or above standard in Algebra I, English II, and/or Biology prior to grade 9. To fulfill federal testing requirements, these accelerated students must take a corresponding subject area SAT or ACT while in high school.
The Preliminary 2022 Accelerated Testers Student Listings reflect which subject area the student is considered accelerated and if the student has a corresponding SAT or ACT on record. Results as of May 2021 (2020–21, 2019–20, and 2018–19 school years) are included. The 2022 accountability calculations will include results through May 2022, and the August 2022 STAAR student listings released in TEAL Accountability will include these additional results. (See chart below)
The Final 2022 Accelerated Testers Student Listing will be released in March 2022 and will be updated to reflect accelerated testers reported by each district as enrolled in grade 12 for the 2021–22 PEIMS snapshot. The students included on the final listing will be evaluated as accelerated testers for 2022 accountability reports.
