From the Office
Tuesday is the PTA Dance-a-thon, which is their biggest fundraiser of the year!
The $15K target will fund most of the things the PTA does to make Cherrydale such an awesome place to be! This fund pays for field trips, teacher reading workshops, and Cherrydale Spirit Wear for every student to name just a few!
Let's show the PTA how much they mean to Cherrydale! Every little bit helps!
If you are able to donate, click here.
If you are able to volunteer, click here.
See the PTA corner below for more information! Thank you!

Veterans Day
Cherrydale students and staff will be recognizing our military veterans on Wednesday, 11/8, with a fun, short assembly featuring the JBLM Big Foot Brass Band. Families are welcome to join us! We will have 2 identical assemblies:
9:45-10:05 - 1st & 3rd grades ;
10:30-10:50 - Kinder and 2nd grades
Have you uploaded a photo of your veteran yet? Click here for the original post.
Our Dance-a-thon is getting closer and our fundraising goal is still within reach. Our goal is $15,000.
Already this year, the PTA has funded 2 class field trips, provided teacher reading workshops, and had playground improvements approved and ready for the next phase. This includes paying for fields trips, staff appreciation, providing every student with a Cherrydale shirt, and SO much more through the year!!
With your help we can make sure the PTA gifts keep on giving! Without meeting our goals we won’t be able to do all of this, so it means so much to us for each and every one of you who choose to participate and partner with us! 🍒
We’ve calculated and if every student raises $50 we will meet our goal AND they will get a prize!

Although each child should have an extra set of clothes in their backpack, there are still cases when clothes are needed in the health room, especially elastic waistband pants and leggings. If you have any to donate that your kids have outgrown, they would be appreciated.
