Related Arts
We head to related arts right after our lunch. Please make sure your child wears gym shoes on Mondays. We have added Science Lab, which gives the students lots of hands on experiences.
Great Read-alouds!
We read LOTS of wonderful books. Our main focus has been books that help build community within our classroom. The students have adopted this idea and are beginning to truly take care of one another!
Working on our names
We are doing a variety of activities to reinforce our names. It is important to learn correct letter formation and order. We are practicing recognition of our own names and our classmates names.
Getting creative!
As the children explore the many learning tools that are available in our room, creativity blooms!
All About Me
It is so fun to learn more about our new family as we share the contents of our bags! We have discovered that we have beach lovers, gymnasts, favorite colors and books, and lots of beautiful family pictures! Thank you all for participating!
Our first fire drill
