Ms. Baney has always done so much for not only the ECE students, but she has formed relationships with students from many different programs. She makes being at school (work) fun with her positive personality and an amazing sense of humor. Technology is not really her thing, but virtual learning forced her to become tech-savvy. Ms. Baney integrates Zoom sessions with our ECE students and preschoolers. Outside of the Early Childhood program, she is also working closely with our Special Education staff with keeping track of students in multiple programs to make sure that they succeed. She has been a dedicated employee for many years and she continually goes above and beyond for the students of CMTHS often staying in touch with graduates to continue to be a mentor in the early childhood education field. Thank you, Ms. Baney for all that you do at CMTHS. You are simply the best!
