News From The View
Skyview Upper Elementary School
From Mrs. Berical
As I write my last communication for the 2022 calendar year, I can't help but reflect on how much we have worked together to build a school community at Skyview within the last four months. We kicked off the year together by sharing popsicles and conversation in August. Before we knew it school was officially starting and we were unpacking our new supplies in our new classrooms! In September, we focused on really getting to know one another in our school and classroom communities so that we can be our most successful selves as we learn and grow together! In October, we came together to raise money for our school and celebrated with our Skyview Strong Celebration! We created great memories with the DJ, Kona truck and other fun activities! This holiday season, we have been collecting items to donate to our Day of Service presenters and we have also celebrated with Winter Concerts and Classroom Parties. In addition, we have had many parent volunteers help us in the cafeteria each day as well as volunteer their time for other Home and School events. Thank you! Thank you for being a part of our wonderful learning community and for all that you do to help build Skyview up! I am grateful for your dedication to your child's learning every day!
I can't wait to see what we can accomplish together in the New Year! I look forward to continuing to partner with you as we support our Skyview community in 2023!
May you all have a wonderful holiday season and a happy and healthy New Year! I look forward to welcoming your child(ren) back on January 3rd, 2023!
Have a wonderful winter break!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Berical
