Help the PTA Bring Back the Fall Festival!

The Fall Festival will be Friday, October 7th from 6pm-8pm on the PCK field. We'll have bounce houses, games, and activities, and will need parent volunteers to help make this event a success! Be on the lookout for a Fall Festival Sign-up Genius from the PTA in the coming days!

Middle Schoolers, We Need You!

The PTA is looking for volunteers to wear the PCK Cougar mascot costume during carpool on Spirit Nights. Please email: ckcspta@gmail.com if you would like to volunteer.

Thank you all for your help in getting your students registered with mybooster.com! This week

we had several exciting CLASS prizes announced including:

• A dress down day for any class with 15 or more students registered at mybooster.com by today. That Dress Down day will be Tuesday, 9/6! (It’s not too late! Go register!)

• A Pizza Party will be thrown for the classroom with the highest amount of funds donated from Monday, 8/29 through Friday 9/2! Pizza party will be awarded on Tuesday, 9/6!!

AND

• A Cotton Candy Party will be thrown at recess for the class who has the highest amount of funds donated over the holiday weekend (9/3-9/5)!

Please check Thursday Folders for a breakdown of individual prizes that your students can earn through their fundraising efforts and for instructions on how to register with mybooster.com. Remember, all students will participate in the Parker Core Knowledge Fund Run event on 9/9, regardless of financial participation. We are grateful for our Parker Core Knowledge family and your commitment to help us pay for the new playground!

If your child needs a photo retake, you will be able to do this November 1st.

If you haven't done so already, please update your child's grade and teacher in Wholesome Foods. Also, please pack your child a

• water bottle - there is not a water fountain very close to where the student's are temporarily eating lunch
• a spoon or fork if their lunch needs it. Plasticware is provided for hot lunches, but not for children who bring their lunch from home.
