Dear Caldwell ISD Families and Community,
You've finished another year at CISD! We congratulate you on making it through another successful year and thank each of you for being a part in making this year the best ever! Seeing all the exciting things that happened throughout the 2022-23 school year shows how much you take pride in what you do.
To show our appreciation for your hard work, we approved a 3% raise for all teachers, 2% for all administrative positions and $0.50 per hour for all hourly employees. Our employees will once again receive a considerable ESSER retention incentive with $500 in the fall of 2023, and $500 in the spring of 2024, as well as $1250 for everyone who begins the school year with us.
As a board, we value our employees' monetary needs by being competitive with our surrounding districts and are pleased to be able to fulfill your needs. We look forward to seeing you back next year. Hat's off to you and have a happy and restful summer!
