Canadian Newcomers new to OLMP:
High school (Grade 9-12) timetable changes:
High school students will be able to view their timetables on PowerSchool in mid-August.
From August 21st-24th, students can fill out a Course Request form. Timetable changes will be made in the order they are completed, with preference given to students needing to fulfill graduation and university entrance requirements and only with valid academic concerns, such as:
- Spares in grade 9 or 10 schedule
- Failure to meet the prerequisites for a course
- Concern about the difficulty level of a course and would like to select a course that will ensure academic success
- A prerequisite course has been placed in the wrong order (i.e. the 20-level before the 10-level)
- Enrolled in the wrong course (does not match MyBlueprint request).
On August 28th, any outstanding concerns with grades 10-12 can be completed through in-person appointments only. Grade 9s can complete changes September 5-6th. Students should keep an eye on their email, the week of August 21-24th with all details for course changes.

STUDENT DEMOGRAPHIC FORMS 2023-2024
Dear Parents:
Please take a moment and log into PowerSchool and complete your child’s EICS Demographic Confirmation Form for the year 2023-2024.

We ask that you complete this form in PowerSchool by Friday, June 30, 2023.
You can perform the following steps to access, review and submit the form:
1) Log into PowerSchool at https://powerschool.eics.ab.ca

We would like to thank you in advance for completing these forms.
