Freeman Family Newsletter
2023-2024 School Year
I hope this message finds you all in good health and high spirits. As we approach the beginning of the new school year, it is with immense joy and anticipation that I extend my warmest welcome back to each and every one of you!
For our new families, Welcome to the Best School Ever! Freeman is a warm, welcoming learning family for all. Our dedicated faculty and staff have been working diligently over the summer to prepare for the new academic year. From hiring, to cleaning, to enrolling and more....we are preparing for your return!
Enrollment-Please read carefully.
We know you are eager for the new year! We are ONLY contacting families with delays or concerns with enrollment. If you do not hear from the campus, then you are safe to assume your enrollment is correct. I am asking that you NOT contact the school to confirm or verify you are enrolled. This is slowly down the enrollment clerk from helping families not enrolled. We will contact you if you have a delay or concern with your enrollment file.PREK enrollment: We are working to schedule students that have not been tested for language to see if they qualify for PREK based on language. Be patient with this process. We will work to get all eager families scheduled.
Watch Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for information for the start of school!
We are working so hard! First day of school is August 10th!
Here's to an exceptional academic year ahead!
Warm Regards,
Robyn Campbell, M. Ed.

Attendance on the First Day
- What happens if we do not show up on the first day?
- Do you have to come for just 2 days?
- Will my child be counted absent if they do not come to school in August?
Here are a few details you need to know about attendance:
- Attendance starts DAY 1- August 10th
- Attendance is taken daily. If your child is not present at campus, they are counted absent. ABS will be used on all students not present at campus.
- If your child does not come on the first day, your child will be marked "no-show" and dropped from the classes.
- You will have to take additional steps to get your child "re-enrolled" if they are not present on August 10th.
- We will balance classes and your child's teacher may change.
So ATTENDANCE from DAY 1 is VERY important. Thank you for helping with all attendance related concerns. You cannot learn if you are not present!
