If you are interested in applying to one of the United State Military Academies that require a Congressional Nomination (West Point, Merchant Marine, Naval, or Air Force), please be sure that you have touched based with your counselor. United States Senate Youth Program
Rising high school juniors and seniors may obtain a USSYP application through their high school principals, school counselors and social studies teachers OR they may inquire directly to their state selection contacts using this website (see selection contacts listing on home page). All student delegates to the United States Senate Youth Program are selected by state-level education officials – the United States Senate and The Hearst Foundations do not provide individual states’ applications or choose the delegates and alternates. Criteria: Korean ethnicity, 3.0 GPA or higher, essay “Tell us a bit about yourself and your Korean heritage. How do you plan to make an impact on the world through your career?” (400-600 words)

Criteria: 3.6 GPA or above, major in STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math), essay “How can STEM graduates in 2022 change the world in 2040?” (500-1,000 words)

AES Engineering Scholarship
Eligible: Seniors. You are NOT required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible. Students must submit an essay of between 500 to 1000 words in answer to the following question: When you look back on your life in 30 years, what would it take for you to consider your life successful? What relationships or accomplishments will be important on this journey?
