EATONVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRESENTS
DISNEY SPECTACULAR!
Featuring the 2nd & 4th grade classes from EES
DATE: Tuesday, June 13, 2023
TIME: 2nd Grade - 6:00 pm
4th Grade - 7:15 pm
LOCATION: Eatonville High School Auditorium
When should my child be at school?
ï‚· All 2nd & 4th Grade students need to report to the EHS
Band Room in North Hall directly behind the auditorium
15 minutes before the scheduled time for attendance and to prepare for the program
lineup.
NARRATORS and SOLOISTS report to the EHS auditorium stage at the following times:
2nd Grade: 5:30
4th Grade : 6:45
NOTE: Please keep your child’s jacket and other
items with you when he/she reports to the band room.
What should my child wear?
ï‚· Nice looking clothes/shoes. No T-shirts please. Due to
copyright laws, students are NOT allowed to dress up as
Disney characters unfortunately.
Is my child required to perform in this program?
ï‚· Yes. A majority of our music time
has been spent on preparing for this program. Students
have worked on singing and concert etiquette skills
based on state performance standards. The program is
a final evaluation and counts towards your child’s music
performance grade. If your child cannot attend due to
illness or emergency, please leave me a message at EES,
e-mail me at jason_hunter@eatonville.wednet.edu, or
send a note to school to have them excused.
The students have been working very hard on this
program. Feel free to invite friends and family...and
remember to bring the camera! Thank you for the
privilege of working with your
child!
Sincerely,
Jason Hunter
