Pop Show costumes are due TOMORROW in class for a MAJOR GRADE. Students are responsible for their own costumes. Please first look in your own closets, or your friends and parents closet, and then go to goodwill. It is not expected of you to purchase expensive and extravagant costumes. Please look up photos from the musical your songs are in for more inspiration

Below is information regarding this week's pop show rehearsals and performances. If your student has a conflict with any rehearsals or performances, please email both Ms. White and Mr. Ragsdale. Please know that excused absences include family emergencies, medical emergencies with a doctor's note, and any extenuating circumstance previously discussed with the directors. Students with school related conflicts such as another practice, games, meets, or school competitions must be communicated with director's via email as soon as possible.

February 12 - Pop Show costumes DUE in class

February 12 - 5:00-9:00 Pop Show soloist tech rehearsal for soloists (there will be staggered call times released on next weeks newsletter)

February 13 - 5:00-9:00 Pop Show Tech Rehearsal all call. We will run this rehearsal in order of biggest to smallest numbers. Opener, closer, Belles, Dudes, Bel Canto, Chorale, Chamber, soloists. Once your student has run through the numbers they are included in, they may leave.

This rehearsal is a grade for students.

February 14 - 3:00-9:00 Pop Show Dress Rehearsal all call. We will run this rehearsal in the following order: Opener, closer, then running the show in order. Students should be in costume for this rehearsal. Once your student has run through the numbers they are included in, they may leave.

Please note that if your student misses a rehearsal for an unexcused absence, they may not be permitted to perform in the shows.
