Dear Parents/Guardians,

I have enjoyed teaching your children to love reading! Literacy is SO important for your child’s development. Literacy relates to everything that we do. It benefits your children in all subjects. When your child develops a love for reading, they develop a love for learning.

I encourage you to take the time to read with your child. They will forever be grateful for the time you spend with them reading. Reading expands their knowledge, comprehension, speech, and much more. This reading time will encourage your child to want to read to you and on their own.
