Message From the Principal
Crusader Families,
In our last few weeks of school, please remind your students to take advantage of extended deadlines, late work submission, and our intervention and tutoring program. 8th grade students will need to pass all 6 classes in order to participate in promotion. Summer school will be offered for 7th grade students who don't pass their classes. It's crunch time!
Our teachers and counselors are available to support our students. Please reach out if you have questions. Most teachers will have a deadline in May to turn in late work and make up assignments to allow time for grading before report cards. Families of 7th graders will start to receive summer school information.
We are preparing for our final celebrations for our 8th grade students. Promotion will be held at Hilltop High School on June 1st at 4:30pm. Families will be allowed to bring 6 guests. We will also have an 8th grade awards night and 8th grade party. Watch for more information!
Spring sports are off to an amazing start! Our athletes are making BVM proud on the courts and on the fields. Keep it up, Crusaders!
Let's make the end of the school year as successful and positive as possible. This has been a challenging and exciting year and we want to wrap it up in style! Thank you for your continued support and we wish all of our Crusaders luck in these last few weeks.
Sincerely,
Teresa Kramer

Students may not return to school until they present a Negative PCR test and symptoms have improved.
Reminder that students that are on Modified Quarantine must provide proof of testing every 3-4 days (or use a District site that we have records of their testing), or they will not be allowed to return to school on the 5th day and will have to remain home until they provide proof of the negative test or until the 10 day quarantine expires.

Off Campus Permits
If you are planning to take your student out of school for an appointment or personal reason,
please be aware that we do not give off campus permits during student lunches (12:06-1:16 on regular days and 11:40-12:10 on minimum days) or after 2:45 pm.
Our campus assistants are critical to the supervision and safety of this campus and they need to focus on student safety during those times.
