The foodservice department will provide sliced apples for each child so that each class can crunch together at snack time! Please let your classroom teacher know if you do not want your child to participate.

The window to Sign-Up for P/T Conferences opens on Wednesday, 10/11 at 9:00am and closes on Wednesday, 10/25 at 4:00pm.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held October 26th & October 27th.

• Thursday conferences will be in-person, 5-9pm
• Friday conferences will be virtual, 8-11am
• ART and MUSIC will be VIRTUAL ONLY because they travel to both Miller and Manning

If you do not have access to your student's Skyward account, please contact your school's office at your earliest convenience. You'll need access to Skyward to sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences.

We will also upload iReady and Progress Reports to student portfolios.

Failure to submit will result in exclusion from school, particularly missing vaccinations.

• All deliveries and items from home should be left inside the lobby with your child's name and homeroom teacher on it. I
• f you need to come into the office, you will need to scan in with your license in the new Verkada Security System.

• Any tardy students must be signed in by an adult 🙂
• If your student is going to be late and will need lunch please call the front office before 9am

• Changes for dismissal must be made by 1:30 PM (12:30 PM on Wednesdays)

REGISTRATION OPENS SOON for this year's Monster Dash to benefit CUSD 201 Elementary PTO! We don't running to seem as SCARY as some of the costumes at the event, so volunteers will host some fun running activities on recess at Miller on 10/11 to get the kiddos excited and confident!

SAVE THE DATE: This year's event will be held at 9am on Saturday, 10/21 along Cass Avenue, with fun in the Manning Parking lot while you're not racing and Westmont's Wicked West Fest afterwards. Distances are developmentally appropriate: with options ranging between a 50 yard dash for Tots through 1/2 mile for 4/5th graders! We'll finish with a Monster Mile for big kids and big kids at heart! Be on the lookout for more details in October!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE ANNUAL MANNING/MILLER MONSTER DASH! Fun for the whole family on Saturday morning, October 21st! Race distances are age-appropriate and will vary by age, from 50 yard dash for toddlers up to a mile for grade 6+, plus fun in the parking lot between races! Costumes are encouraged! We'll be at Manning and Miller during recess next week getting all the little monsters excited to join in! Sign up today!

• Trunk or Treat Friday, 10/13, 6-7 pm. (rain date Friday, 10/20)
