- High School students that need to be picked up early must be signed out in the grade school office.
- Students that leave for Middle College, work-based learning, or any other approved reason during the school day must leave through the grade school office.
24-25 Application to Attend Opens January 15
Do you know someone that wants to go to school in Corbett?
Corbett's application to attend for the 24-25 school year opens January 15! If you already attend Corbett School District, you do not need to reapply for 24-25.
Application Process to Attend
- The district will advertise the application process and timeline on the district website, social media, and local media outlets.
- Students interested in attending Corbett Charter School will apply for admission beginning January 15 for the following school year.
- The initial application window will close on March 30. Applicants will be randomly sorted on April 1.
- Any applications received after March 30 will be placed on the late application list in chronological order.
- Corbett School Board will approve recommended enrollment numbers for each grade level at the April school board meeting.
- Students will be accepted based on their placement number and grade-level availability for the following school year.
- Notification of selection status will be sent to the parents’ or guardians’ email specified in the application by May 1. The email will contain a link to an online form to accept or decline the invitation.

- Enrollment will continue through the Friday after Labor Day. Additional spaces will be filled by late applicants in the order in which they applied.
- Applicants not invited to attend will be notified of their application number and will remain on the waiting list through the Friday after Labor Day.

CPAC presents A Midsummer Night's Dream
Delightful new spin on beloved comedy
Corbett Performing Arts Club (CPAC) is proud to present its upcoming production of William Shakespeare’s “A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM.” With inspiration from the eclectic 1960s and set to the music of the Beatles, director Katherine Zieman puts a delightful new spin on this beloved comedy. We invite you to join the magical world of the Athenian forest as the paths of lovers, craftsmen, and fairies intertwine in heartfelt and hilarious ways. Come out and support this talented group of Corbett actors and techs for what promises to be an uproariously fun show full of comedy and laughter.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream performs: January 12, 13, 19, and 20 at 7pm; January 13 and 20 at 1pm; and January 14 at 3pm. All performances will be in the Corbett MPB. Advance reservations can be made via email at cpac14info@gmail.com
Corbett Performing Arts Club was founded in 2013 by local Corbett director Katherine Zieman and Corbett school teacher Carrie Church in collaboration with Corbett students interested in theater arts. Over the years, CPAC has produced a variety of community productions including Shrek, Steel Magnolias, Godspell, Spamalot, Newsies!, Anything Goes, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Importance of Being Earnest.
Manufacturing I classes learn to read blueprints, use a drill press
Through hole or blind hole? Simple, countersink, or counterbore? Can you please do a Ø0.25 THRU ⌴ Ø0.32↧.15? And then perform a Ø7/32↧.75 ⌵ Ø3/8 X 82°? Not quite sure what all that means? The manufacturing I classes are learning to read blueprints and use a drill press. They completed their first drill press assessment just prior to winter break. From a given schematic, their task was to perform 3 drilling operations on a uniform piece of high density polyethylene stock (HDPE). From measuring with calipers, marking, center punching and drilling, this was a very involved task. Here is their starting schematic and a sampling of the results.
