IN PREPARATION FOR NEXT WEEK'S CONCERT, BAND MEMBERS NEED TO PURCHASE CONCERT UNIFORM APPAREL AS FOLLOWS:

MEN: White pleated tuxedo shirt with small winged collar / black dress shoes

WOMEN - closed-toed black dress shoes

1. To be as individually prepared for rehearsals as possible - our concert is next week!

2. To continue great chamber music ensemble rehearsals outside of band class.

1. Jazz Swing Dance Rehearsal - Friday, 4:40

2. Jazz Swing Dance - Saturday, 7:00p at Club Cat! (PSHS Cafeteria)

1. Officer Stage Set-up: Monday, January 22, 7:15a (ALL Officers & Percussion leadership required)

2. All Band Classes rehearse on stage: Jan 22-25

3. Full Orchestra Rehearsal - Jan. 23, 4:40-6:40

4. Band Mid-Winter Concert, January 25, 7:00p

• Concert Band AND Symphonic Band - Take your instruments home after school
• Brass Mutes: Stored on stage on table at entrance to stage. Return mutes at the end of YOUR stage performance
• DRESS:
• Men: Band Tuxedo, White Tuxedo Shirt, Black Dress Shoes/Socks, Cummerbund, Bow-Tie
• Women: Black Band Dress, Closed-toed Black Dress Shoes
• Concert Band: Call-Time 6:10p; Uncase in Ens. Rm, Warm-up Onstage, Perform @ 7p
• Symphonic Band: Call-Time 6:25p, Uncase in Orch Rm., Warm-up in Orch Rm., Perform @ 7:15p
• Wind Ensemble: Call-Time 6:40p, Uncase in Instr. Rm, Warm-up in Band Hall, Perform @ 7:30p
