October 27 - Fall Fest
Hi Jackson Families! The Fall Fest is fast approaching and we could really use your help! This event is so much fun, but it relies on volunteers to run things smoothly and keep these events going. Please consider signing up for a thirty minute shift. Thank you! http://signup.com/go/xCUiPuG
If you have any questions please contact Brittany Stark at brittanystark01@yahoo.com Thank you for your support and I hope to see you all at Fall Fest!
Jackson Shirts are Here!
If you ordered a Jackson Shirt, they are going home with your student today! Miss the order? We have a very limited amount of extras for sale on our website.
October 31st - Super Hero Day!
For Halloween, students need to leave costumes at home. The only students able to bring costumes to school are our Kindergartens, so they can wear them for our annual Kinder Parade. If your Kinder plans on participating, they can bring their costume in their backpack and change into it before the parade.
October 31st is an assembly and spirt day. Since the focus for this month is self-awareness, our dress up day is Super Hero Day!
Rules around dress up days:
No masks, face paint, weapons, gore or guts.
Fall Conferences
Conferences this year will be held on November 20th and 21st.
In the coming weeks, you will be receiving an email from your student's teacher regarding conference sign-up.

Too Sick for School Guidance
We want all of our students at school every day for consistent connection and instruction. Please plan to send your student to school each day, unless they have any of the symptoms listed below in our guidance.
If your student does become sick with any of these symptoms, please call our attendance line as soon as possible and leave your student's name, grade, and symptoms: 503-844-1673.
SafeOregon. Feel Safe. Be Safe.
All kids should feel safe and be safe at school. SafeOregon gives kids, parents, schools, and their communities a way to confidentially or anonymously report safety threats or potential acts of violence. Together, we'll empower people to speak out and spark change. One tip can save a life.
