High School Interest Form 8th GRADE ONLY
High Schools are now contacting St. Teresa School to see where 8th grade students will be attending next year. Please fill out the form below if you have an 8th grader!
Letter from the Principal
Next week 2nd grade to 8th grade will be taking the IOWA Assessments.
Let's work together to make your child's experience a positive and successful one!
Here are some suggestions you can do to help everyday:
~ Attendance on TEST DAYS are important!
~ Ensure your child arrives at school on time.
~Have your child eat a healthy breakfast at home before coming to school.
~ Ensure your child gets a good night's sleep.
~ Wake up in in plenty of time so your child doesn't feel rushed.
~ Gently encourage your child to do their best!
~ Make up tests are difficult to schedule and often do not provide students with an optimal testing environment.
We have been working hard at school and can't wait to see how much your students have grown!
Have a great weekend and as always we thank you for sharing your student with us. We appreciate your trust, support, and partnership.
Sincerely,
Nicole Green
Principal

SVDP Friends of the Poor Walk Kick Off
The St. Vincent DePaul Friends of the Poor Walk donation collection is officially underway! Each student has been challenged to bring in just $5.00, which would provide breakfast for a person in need from our community. All students have also been encouraged to do a "good deed" in order to earn that money! Donations should be sent in by 10/18. Last year, we raised nearly $2,500 for Cosgrove's Kitchen!! Additionally, if you'd like to order a Walk t-shirt to be worn on the day of the Walk, please send in that portion of the Walk form by 9/28. There are additional t-shirt order forms/Walk donation forms in the office. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Duncan at barbie.duncan@stteresatigers.org. Thank you for your support!
