Our October Meet and Greet will be held at the South Carolina State Fair.

SCVCS will provide a tickets to each SCVCS student at no charge. Additional entry tickets may be purchased from SCVCS at a discounted rate of $10 per ticket. Discounted ride tickets may also be purchased from SCVCS for $30 per wrist band this is for rides only.

• Payments must be made through Payer Express. Please use students name as reference.
• Pay for all tickets you wish to purchase at one time. (Student ride band, LC and any others)
• The deadline to purchase tickets is Thursday, October 5th.
• Tickets will be available for pick up at outside the will call area on the side of the fairground parking entrance to the fair.
• Complete the Google Form indicating ticket order and make payment through Payer Express. The PDF below provides instructions to complete payment in Payer Express.
• Tickets will not be ordered without Payment or completing the google form.

If you are interested in purchasing pictures of your student, a photographer will be on hand the day of the event in the Goodman Building (look for the SCVCS signs). Pictures must be purchased in order for the student to be photographed. Look for a separate flyer with this information closer to the event.

Please note that SCVCS will not have access to these pictures nor do we publish student photos in a yearbook or directory.
