CTE Update and Certifications
Seniors tested for their CTE Certification this month. We want to celebrate Lance Frierson who has completed two certifications in Web Design and Information Technology! Big Shout out to Eduardo Gomez and Hannah Coile for earning their Information Technology certifications.
The CTE program put together hallway signs using some of our new technology and we're in the process of creating keychains to try out the new 3-d Printer. Vinyl signage was created by the tech team to remind of social distancing expectations, and students have been working hard to prepare for their end of course exams.
If you're interested in having your student join our Information Technology program please have them contact their Crew teacher or Ms. Zuniga at rzuniga.1@thecharlesschool.org. Next year we're hoping to add some more electives including a Game Design course and the possibility of internship courses!!! These future techies will be pioneers in their field. This summer students are offered an exclusive opportunity to take online courses towards more CTE certifications.
