News You Can Use

We are so excited to welcome our future Bobcats to get a sneak peak into Kindergarten. Below outlines what you can expect our time together to look like. If for some reason you are not able to make it to our preview you are welcome to pick up a folder of information at our main office.

We will also be posting our presentation and sending out future communication to stay connected through the summer months in hopes it helps your child's transition into school easier.

We will be offering 2 sessions for our families to attend. We have separated our families by alphabet to allow enough space during each session. Space will be limited therefore we would discourage large strollers or inviting extended family to this event.

• Session 1 A-L families @ 8:45 (Check in 8:35 - 8:45)

• Session 2 M-Z families @ 10:00 (Check in 9:50 -10:00)

What to expect:

• Below you can watch short video with teacher introductory slides prepared by our Kindergarten Team. Please take time to watch the video to get to know the staff that will be working closely with you as your child transitions into Kindergarten.
• All future Bobcats will engage in a variety of stations led by our Kindergarten teaching staff and some building specialists while Parents/Guardians attend the short presentation. These stations will be conducted in one of our Kindergarten classrooms.
• All Parents/Guardians will be invited to a second Kindergarten classroom to hear a short presentation led by building administration and our school nurse while the future Bobcats are engaged in some activities with our Kindergarten team and specialists.
• The adult presentation will cover enrollment procedures, a day in the life of Kindergarten student, Dual Language process, health paperwork, and time for questions and answers.
• The sessions will be approximately 45 minutes in length.
• We will provide a folder of helpful information for each family. A school supplies list will be included which will allow you to pre-order your child's supplies for the year.

Since our fabulous Kindergarten Team will be working directly with your child during the parent presentation they have created a short video to help you get to know each of them and talk about what your child will be experiencing as a Kindergarten Bobcat.
