Halloween is around the corner and that means a fun time to dress up in our costumes!

Please remember all costumes need to be school appropriate.

Which means:

• No Masks
• No Fake Blood
• No Weapons of any kind

It would be a good idea to send an extra change of clothes in your child's backpack just in case their costume becomes too much and they want to change into something more comfortable.

For a free one hour live Zoom training on Protecting your Kids from Online Dangers. Cascade SD and the Family Resource Center are partnering with Liberty House to bring you this very informative training!

In this training, you will learn about…

*Apps that are not safe for your children.

*Social Media safety, concerns, and dangers.

*What to look for in your child if you are concerned that they may be experiencing cyberbullying.

*Tips for Gaming Safety.

*Who to go to for help if you are concerned about your child’s safety online.

*And so much more!

• Monday, October 31st - Costume Dress Up Day - Wear your Halloween costume or any other costume today.
• Tuesday, November 1st - Crazy Head Day: Go nuts here with a hat or your hair (think color, get, wires, ribbons, etc...) The bolder, the crazier, the better!
• Wednesday, November 2nd - Animal Dress Up Day: Come dressed up as your favorite animal (or just whatever animal costume you happen to have already at home) OR wear something with an animal on it.
• Thursday, November 3rd - Hero Dress Up Day: Dress as ANY type of hero (superhero, community helper hero or your own personal hero!)

• Friday, November 4th - Sports Dress Up Day: Wear your own team uniform of any sport or wear their favorite team’s colors or jerseys/hats

All Dress up Days are optional

Clothing for dress up days still need to be school appropriate

Peace Corner is a space created by our classrooms that can be used for students to follow a blueprint when they are experiencing conflict. You may see these around our school, kids are using this space successfully at school and it can be used at home as well.

Guess what, Book Fair will be ending on Tuesday, however, please keep your eyes out as fall fundraisers are here. Packets will be sent out shortly.

The 2 fundraiser options are a holiday catalog through Shop Believe and yummy pastries (butterbraids) through Oak tree fundraising.
Pick one, pick both, just have fun with fundraising.
